I work with different types of material both stainless steel and nitridedLately I’ve been working more with stainless steel.(1.25 mm thick or 1 mm depending on the scale)Most of the time I work with Shellwhich I personally produce using hydroforming or hand-drawing.But sometimes for some scales I also use Shell from ayasa.
Diameters
For different modelsscales I use different diameters.At the moment I’m working with diameter 50 cm53 cm54cm55cm56mmalso at the moment I’m developing some scales in 45cm diameter. The diameter of the tool is selected to a certain scale.
